Job Overview
This position requires a creative professional to design, produce, and distribute high-quality multimedia content that engages global audiences and drives tourism growth. The ideal candidate will leverage video, photography, and digital graphics to create compelling narratives about Mozambique’s travel experiences. The role involves close collaboration with marketing teams, travel agencies, and local content creators to ensure alignment with national tourism strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce professional-grade video content, photo series, and social media assets for tourism campaigns
- Develop multimedia content for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms targeting international travelers
- Collaborate with local communities to document authentic cultural experiences and natural wonders
- Conduct field research to identify emerging tourism trends and content opportunities
- Optimize content for SEO and cross-platform distribution using analytics tools
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently in remote locations with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional African languages (e.g., Swahili) preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing or content creation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva Pro) are advantageous
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in multimedia content creation for tourism, hospitality, or cultural sectors
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end content production workflows

Salary
200,000 – 300,000 MZN per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio quality.
