Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Automation Specialist to join our technical team in Mopeia. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex robotic automation workflows for diverse industrial applications.
- Program and calibrate industrial robot arms and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
- Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on robotic hardware and control systems.
- Integrate sensors, vision systems, and PLC controllers into existing manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with client engineers to optimize production cycles and reduce downtime.
- Develop technical documentation for customized automation solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility of robotic integration.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar).
- Expertise in robot programming languages (KRL, RAPID, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of mechatronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in industrial automation will be given preference.
Experience
