Job Overview
The Education Technology Implementation Specialist will lead the deployment of Microsoft’s education solutions—including Teams for Education, OneNote Class Notebooks, and Azure Cloud services—across schools and higher‑education institutions in Mozambique. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with schools, universities, and education ministries to identify technology gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Microsoft education platforms, ensuring compatibility with local network environments and language settings.

- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to drive sustained adoption and user satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Education suite, Azure services, and cloud‑based learning management systems.
- Proven project management abilities, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical educators.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making and impact measurement.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Educator or Azure Administrator) are highly desirable and will be considered a strong differentiator.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience implementing educational technology solutions in K‑12 or higher‑education settings. Salary
