Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
The Community Technical Officer will support technical implementation of community programmes and coordinate activities with local stakeholders and project teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Support implementation of community health and development programmes in assigned operational areas.
- Coordinate community outreach activities, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Assist in planning and executing field activities, training workshops, and technical support initiatives.
- Provide technical assistance to community groups, local partners, and field teams.
- Conduct community assessments, data collection, field monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Ensure project implementation aligns with donor requirements, organizational standards, and programme objectives.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes including data verification and progress tracking.
- Prepare field reports, activity summaries, technical documentation, and operational updates.
- Build strong working relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for frontline staff and community volunteers.
- Participate in project review meetings, field supervision visits, and operational planning discussions.

Education Requirements
