Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The Community Technical Officer will support technical implementation of community programmes and coordinate activities with local stakeholders and project teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of community health and development programmes in assigned operational areas.
  • Coordinate community outreach activities, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Assist in planning and executing field activities, training workshops, and technical support initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance to community groups, local partners, and field teams.
  • Conduct community assessments, data collection, field monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure project implementation aligns with donor requirements, organizational standards, and programme objectives.

  • Prepare field reports, activity summaries, technical documentation, and operational updates.
  • Build strong working relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, community leaders, and partner organizations.
  • Support capacity-building initiatives for frontline staff and community volunteers.
  • Participate in project review meetings, field supervision visits, and operational planning discussions.

Education Requirements
