Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geothermal Engineer to join our team in Lichinga, Mozambique. As a Geothermal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing geothermal energy projects. You will work closely with our project development team to identify potential geothermal resources, assess project feasibility, and optimize project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop geothermal energy projects, including resource assessment, feasibility studies, and project optimization
• Conduct site investigations, including geological and geophysical surveys
• Develop and implement project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project development, engineering, and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Geotechnical)
• 5-10 years of experience in geothermal energy or a related field
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of geothermal energy systems and project development
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Education
