Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital curriculum frameworks for STEM and humanities subjects
- Integrate multimedia elements (videos, simulations, interactive quizzes) into e-learning platforms
- Collaborate with local educators to adapt international best practices to Mozambican contexts
- Conduct usability testing of educational software with student focus groups
- Monitor learning analytics to optimize content effectiveness
Required Skills
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard) and authoring tools (Articulate 360)
- Experience with responsive design principles for mobile-first learning
- Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and learning outcomes assessment
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Project management skills for cross-functional team collaboration
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s degree in Educational Technology preferred.
Experience
3-5 years in educational technology development, with demonstrable experience in creating digital learning solutions for formal education systems.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 MZN per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
