Job Overview

The Hospital Management Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing the operational efficiency and administrative standards of our partner healthcare facilities in the Mueda region. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can balance complex logistical requirements with the high-standard clinical needs of a modern medical facility. You will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all hospital operations align with both international healthcare standards and local regulatory requirements.
