Job Overview

The Hospital Management Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing the operational efficiency and administrative standards of our partner healthcare facilities in the Mueda region. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can balance complex logistical requirements with the high-standard clinical needs of a modern medical facility. You will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all hospital operations align with both international healthcare standards and local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
