Job Overview
The Hospital Management Executive will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and daily operational management of our facility in Mueda. This is a high-level leadership position designed for a professional who can balance clinical requirements with business sustainability. You will be responsible for overseeing all hospital departments, ensuring that medical services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term growth and sustainability of the hospital.
- Oversee the hospital’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.

- Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of high performance and patient-centric care.
- Manage hospital resources, including medical equipment, pharmaceutical supplies, and facility maintenance.

Salary
