Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Specialist to join our growing operations in Mueda. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize product titles and descriptions using relevant SEO keywords to increase visibility on the platform.
  • Collaborate with vendors to gather necessary product information and ensure all listings meet platform guidelines.
  • Monitor product categories to identify gaps in the assortment and suggest new product additions.
  • Perform regular quality audits of the online catalog to correct errors in pricing, specifications, or images.
  • Analyze customer search trends to improve product categorization and discoverability.
  • Work with the technical team to troubleshoot any issues related to product display or data synchronization.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles for e-commerce.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Education
