We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Metallurgical Engineer to join our specialized mineral processing team in Tete. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize metallurgical processes to maximize mineral recovery and concentrate quality.
• Design and implement new metallurgical testing protocols and pilot-scale experiments.
• Manage large-scale data analysis to monitor plant performance and identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with the geological and mining teams to ensure ore characteristics are integrated into processing designs.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies to reduce water and energy consumption in processing plants.
