Job Overview

The Senior Agronomist will lead Olam’s agronomy program in the Quelimane region, overseeing research, field trials, and farmer advisory services. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute field trials for cocoa, coffee and cashew to evaluate new varieties and agronomic practices.
• Provide technical advisory services to over 200 smallholder farmers, improving planting, fertilization, pest management and post‑harvest handling.
• Develop and implement climate‑resilient farming protocols aligned with Olam’s sustainability goals.
• Monitor and analyze crop performance data, generating actionable insights for regional managers.

Education
