Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop blockchain-based solutions for clients in finance, supply chain, and public sector.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for blockchain integration.
  • Provide strategic consulting on blockchain adoption and compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Lead training sessions for clients on blockchain technology and platform usage.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging blockchain technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in blockchain development (Hyperledger, Ethereum, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and cryptographic protocols.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in blockchain technology (e.g., Blockchain Council, IBM Blockchain) are preferred.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in blockchain development or consulting.
  • Experience in the African technology sector is a plus.

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 MZN per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
