We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Management Consultant to lead strategic operational improvements within our regional healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of hospital operational workflows to identify inefficiencies in patient intake and discharge processes.
- Develop and implement strategic management frameworks to improve the supply chain of essential medicines and medical equipment.
- Collaborate with clinical heads to align administrative goals with patient care quality standards.
- Analyze financial data to optimize departmental budgets and ensure maximum impact of donor funding.
- Design and lead training programs for local hospital administrators to ensure long-term sustainability of improvements.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to facility efficiency and patient outcomes.

Education
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing combined with a management qualification will also be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in hospital administration or healthcare consultancy is required. Proven experience working in developing healthcare systems or international NGOs is highly preferred. You must demonstrate a track record of implementing successful operational changes in a clinical setting.
Salary
