Job Overview
This role involves optimizing mineral processing techniques, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement mineral processing workflows to maximize yield and purity.
- Conduct regular audits of processing equipment and systems for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with geologists and metallurgists to refine extraction methodologies.
- Monitor and report on environmental impact metrics for regulatory compliance.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on best practices in mineral processing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in mineral processing software (e.g., HSC Chemistry, JKSimMet).
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing recovery rates and reducing waste.
- Experience with automation systems in mining operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.

Salary
200,000 – 300,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
