Solidar Suisse Mozambique is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Support Services Officer to support financial management, administration, procurement, logistics, compliance, and operational support functions across development programs and field operations.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient financial controls, accurate reporting, effective office administration, and compliance with donor and organizational policies while supporting program delivery across Mozambique.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Process payments, invoices, reimbursements, and supplier settlements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions.
- Support budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with donor financial regulations.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate office administration and operational support activities.
- Maintain records management and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and staff events.
- Manage office assets and inventory records.
- Support contract administration and vendor management.
Procurement & Logistics
- Assist procurement planning and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate supplier quotations and evaluations.
- Monitor procurement compliance procedures.
- Manage logistics support for project implementation.

Compliance & Internal Controls
- Maintain financial control procedures.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and administration experience.
- Experience working in NGOs, development organizations, consulting firms, or corporate environments preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics procedures.
- Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
