Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyze revenue trends, profitability, and operational costs.

Financial Reporting

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Strengthen financial governance frameworks.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor risk management and fraud prevention initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of corrective audit recommendations.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor accountants, analysts, and finance officers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development planning.
• Support professional training and succession planning initiatives.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Master’s Degree in Finance, MBA, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or large corporate environments preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong exposure to ERP systems and financial management software.
