Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols across production lines.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality deviations in food products.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain raw material quality standards.
- Train staff on food safety best practices and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in food safety regulations (Mozambican and international).
- Strong analytical skills for quality data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP Quality).
- Problem-solving skills for rapid resolution of safety issues.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Postgraduate certification in Food Safety Management.
Experience
- 3-5 years in food safety compliance roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or agri-food sectors.
Salary
200,000 – 300,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
