Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce food safety protocols across production lines.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality deviations in food products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain raw material quality standards.
• Train staff on food safety best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in food safety regulations (Mozambican and international).
• Strong analytical skills for quality data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Problem-solving skills for rapid resolution of safety issues.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.

Salary

200,000 – 300,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
