Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical E-commerce UX Designer to join our digital retail division in Mueda. This role is critical to our mission of providing a seamless and intuitive shopping experience for our users. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Analyze user interaction data to iterate on designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Participate in design sprints and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of user interface (UI) patterns and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual hierarchies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design processes.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Continuous learning through certifications in UX Research or Interaction Design is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically within an e-commerce or high-traffic digital product environment. Proven experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements is essential. Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on experience, skills, and performance during the interview process.
