Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical E-commerce UX Designer to join our digital retail division in Mueda. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Participate in design sprints and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of user interface (UI) patterns and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual hierarchies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design processes.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Continuous learning through certifications in UX Research or Interaction Design is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically within an e-commerce or high-traffic digital product environment. Proven experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements is essential. Salary
