Job Overview

The 5G Radio Access Network Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and performance monitoring of MTN’s 5G RAN infrastructure in the Chimoio region. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of 5G with existing LTE networks, delivering superior user experiences, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
