We are seeking a highly skilled Geophysics Research Scientist to join our team in Quelimane, Mozambique. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects, analyzing data, and publishing research findings.

Job Overview

The Geophysics Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting research in geophysics, with a focus on remote sensing and geospatial technology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geophysics, a Ph.D. in a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in research and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geophysical principles, experience with remote sensing and geospatial data analysis, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be based in Quelimane, Mozambique, and will work closely with our research team to design and implement research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research projects in geophysics, with a focus on remote sensing and geospatial technology.
  • Analyze data and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement research projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Ph.D. in Geophysics or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in research and development.
