Job Overview

The Hospitality Revenue Management Specialist will play a critical role in maximizing the profitability of our properties in the Angoche region. This position involves analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management plans. You will be responsible for optimizing room rates, occupancy levels, and overall revenue streams across various distribution channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor distribution channels and manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Provide regular revenue forecasting and performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through ancillary services and non-room revenue streams.
  • Conduct regular market audits to ensure competitive positioning in the Angoche hospitality market.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality distribution landscape.

Education

A Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, or a related business field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Experience
