Job Overview

The Infrastructure Development Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of large‑scale construction projects in the northern region of Mozambique. Reporting to the Regional Director, the manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, architects, procurement specialists, and local contractors.
• Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, community leaders, and international partners.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and apply corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement processes.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required. Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in managing large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably within the African context. Salary
