Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robotic cells, end‑effectors, and control systems tailored to client specifications.
  • Integrate sensors, vision systems, and AI algorithms to enhance robot autonomy and performance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses for automation projects.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and programming code.
  • Provide on‑site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.
  • Train client personnel on robot operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging robotics technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in robotics programming languages such as RAPID, KRL, or ROS.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, industrial networking, and motion control.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical design.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to diagnose complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent assignments.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in robotics or automation are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of five years’ experience in robotics engineering, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment. Demonstrated track record of delivering successful automation projects is essential.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this position is SSP 250,000 to 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
