The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees’ needs and actions. This is a strategic position designed for a seasoned professional who understands how to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential identification.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to management on complex employee relations issues.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic business partnering role within a large-scale professional services or multinational environment. Proven track record of managing complex organizational changes is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 85,000 SSP to 125,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
