Job Overview

The Senior Mining Metallurgist will play a critical role in optimizing the mineral processing circuits at our Tete operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of metallurgical test work programs to optimize mineral recovery.
• Oversee the daily operation of the processing plant to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
• Develop and manage reagent consumption strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and environmental impact.
