Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Petroleum Reservoir Engineer to join our technical team in Pemba. This role is critical to the successful development and management of our offshore assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for characterizing reservoir behavior, predicting production profiles, and optimizing recovery strategies through advanced numerical simulation and analytical modeling. Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex reservoir simulations to predict fluid flow and pressure behavior in offshore reservoirs.
• Develop and optimize field development plans (FDP) to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Conduct uncertainty analysis and risk assessment for various production scenarios.
• Collaborate with the subsurface team to integrate seismic, geological, and well data.
• Provide technical oversight for well completion and production optimization strategies.
• Monitor reservoir performance and recommend interventions to mitigate production decline.

Required Skills
