Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Network Engineer to join our specialized technical team in Pemba. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end telecommunications network architectures to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for high-level network outages and performance degradation issues.
  • Implement and manage software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV) technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new hardware and software into existing network frameworks.
  • Conduct regular network audits and performance analysis to identify areas for capacity expansion.
  • Ensure all network operations comply with international telecommunications standards and local regulatory requirements.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering, specifically within a mobile operator or large-scale service provider environment.
