Job Overview

We are seeking a Sustainable Agriculture Consultant to provide technical assistance to farmers and agricultural stakeholders in Gurue, Mozambique. The consultant will work closely with the FAO team to promote sustainable agriculture practices and improve crop yields. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices
• Conduct soil and crop assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs for farmers and agricultural stakeholders
• Collaborate with local government and NGOs to promote sustainable agriculture practices

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sustainable agriculture
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and crop management
• Excellent communication and training skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.

Experience

Salary
