Job Overview

The Regulatory Affairs Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring Orange Mozambique’s compliance with national telecommunications regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards. Working closely with legal, compliance, and network teams, the analyst will monitor regulatory developments, prepare submissions to the Autoridade Reguladora das Telecomunicações (ART), and advise senior management on strategic implications of policy changes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze national and regional telecommunications regulations, policies, and legislative proposals.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications, renewals, and compliance reports to ART and other regulatory bodies.

• Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance matrix and internal tracking system.
