Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control hydroelectric turbine and generator performance to maximize energy output.
• Execute routine inspections and diagnostic tests on mechanical and electrical components.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective repairs.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize water flow management.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental impact mitigation protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports regarding plant efficiency and downtime analysis.

Education

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 85,000 SSP to 125,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
