Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control hydroelectric turbine and generator performance to maximize energy output.
- Execute routine inspections and diagnostic tests on mechanical and electrical components.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective repairs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize water flow management.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental impact mitigation protocols and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding plant efficiency and downtime analysis.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in electrical control systems and SCADA monitoring.
- Deep understanding of hydraulic machinery and turbine mechanics.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse technical teams.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in hydroelectric systems or industrial automation are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in power plant operations, specifically within a hydroelectric or large-scale renewable energy facility. Proven experience in troubleshooting high-voltage equipment is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 85,000 SSP to 125,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
