Position Overview
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support project implementation teams by strengthening performance measurement systems, ensuring high-quality data collection, conducting analysis, and promoting evidence-based program improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project monitoring frameworks and indicator tracking systems.

Educational Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of development project monitoring methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy, Development Management, Statistics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, Project Management, or Research Methods are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, program performance management, research, data analysis, or project accountability.
- Experience working with donor-funded projects, NGOs, humanitarian programs, or development agencies preferred.
- Familiarity with USAID, EU, UN, or other international donor frameworks is advantageous.
