Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital, and print
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to achieve marketing goals
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools

Education
